It's time for the Red River Revel, the largest outdoor arts festival in North Louisiana expecting crowds of 180,000+ over the next week to hit Festival Plaza in downtown Shreveport. Red River Revel runs October 6 through 13 and along with an incredible line up of art displays, will feature some of the finest music acts to ever grace the festival.

"Hot Jazz on the Red" happens each Thursday night Spring through early Summer courtesy of the Barnwell Center. This Thursday will be an excellent time to enjoy culture and live music downtown, as we celebrate the opening day of Mudbug Madness in Festival Plaza. After you check out Mudbug Madness, walk right across the Clyde Fant Parkway and enjoy "Hot Jazz on the Red"!
