“The View” co-host Jenny McCarthy made a surprise announcement on Wednesday’s episode…she’s engaged!  The lucky guy is New Kid on the Block member and  “Blue Bloods” star Donnie Wahlberg. McCarthy announced the news while displaying a yellow sapphire ring.
