Butte Larose

The word from the Louisiana Corps of Engineers to the citizens of the Butte Larose area was to move as though you are not coming back. The water is rising in South Louisiana as families pack their cars, trucks, boats and moving vans (if they were fortunate enough to find one) full of whatever belongings they can carry.
