Playing from the Cape Cod League all the way to the Alaska League, there are LSU Baseball players all over the country in summer leagues. Now 6 of them have made their league's All Star Squads.

"Six LSU baseball players have been named this month to their respective summer collegiate league All-Star teams.

They are senior infielder Cole Freeman and junior infielder Bryce Jordan, senior pitcher Collin Strall, sophomore infielder Trey Dawson, and incoming freshmen infielders Josh Smith and Jake Slaughter."

Infielders Cole Freemand and Bryce Jordan have both made the Cape Cod League's All Star team, while pitcher Collin Strall has been named to the Northwoods League team. Infielder Trey Dawson finds himself on the Alaska League All Star team, and two incoming freshman are also doing work. Josh Smith has become an All Star in the Prospect League and Jake Slaughter in the Cal Ripken League.
