Expansion was necessary as this local hot spot continues to grow.

It started with salsa, then made-to-order breakfast tacos at the Shreveport Farmer's Market. And boy, those tacos are life changing. Then came the catering service and a brick and mortar. Now, Ki' Mexico is expanding their location at Madison Park Business Center restaurant to serve more customers and satisfy the demand for their Mexican cuisine.

You'll even be able to host special events on location.

According to the Shreveport Times, Lido Villasenor, Elea Mondragon and Rodrigo Mondragon, owners of Ki' Mexico, took over the vacant office suite next door to their current location to expand their kitchen and restaurant. They will open a third dining area with a small bar once renovations are complete sometime in December.

Eventually they will open up more outdoor seating as well.

Currently the restaurant is 1,600 square feet and can seat 100 people. With the added space, the restaurant will measure 2,500 square feet and will be able to seat 150-160 people. The new addition will have the ability to be closed off by a large, sliding barn-style door. This will give guests the ability to reserve the area for private events.

It's so beautiful to see a family-owned, local restaurant like Ki' Mexico grow!
