We appreciate the sacrifices made by service personnel and their families, this week we salute Sergeant Chris Fike of the Louisiana Army National Guard.
This week we would like to salute Sergeant Chris Fike of the Louisiana Army National Guard. His story comes in from Joquetta Townsend:
“Chris was in Mississippi and South LA helping the hurricane victims when on his way home he was in a wreck and the service member driving the vehicle was killed.
Chris has also served two terms overseas in Iraq with his buddy that was killed in the wreck. He has never failed as a civilian or as a serviceman he stands up for us and makes sure we have our freedom.”
