Scott Whitecotten was born with a servant's heart, but he says that he learned a lot about giving from his parents. Apparently, while they were teaching, Scott was paying attention, because the way he continuously puts others above himself, he's demonstrated just what it takes to be named the recipient of the Kiss Country Caught in the Act Award.

Meagn Fox, apparently not the same one from Transformers fame, but she is married to Michael Fox, wrote to tell us about how awesome a man that Scott is and why he was the perfect recipient for this week's Caught in the Act Award.

Just look at the letter we got from Meagan:

Scott goes above and beyond with helping others. You need help moving? He comes running. Need firewood, he brings it. Amidst taking care of his elderly parents and anyone else who needs it, he can also be found every single morning volunteering to set up in the kids area at Simple Church at 7am and you best bet that he's going to be there all 3 services helping out and staying after to tear down week after week. Right after Thanksgiving he spent countless hours helping out by building the set for church, painting, woodworking, and pretty much whatever is asked of him. He has such a humble heart and is truly a man of gold. He really does deserve more than a thank you!

Scott Whitecotten, thank you for being one of the "good guys" and being a big reason why this is the greatest place in America to live!

And because you've been 'Caught in the Act' the gang at Silver Star Smokehouse and Silver Star Grille have a $100 Gift Certificate for you and the family to come have dinner!

Take a listen to the phone call we made to Scott to let him know that he was this week's Caught In The Act Award recipient.
