Sci Port New Year’s At Noon

Oh thank goodness! You don't have to fight to stay up until midnight New Year's Eve if you don't want to. The smart folks at Sci-Port are hosting a New Year's at Noon celebration for you and the kids to enjoy complete with balloon drop. Then you can get in bed at a decent time without feeling like a party pooper.

Sci-Port's "Noon Year" celebration is a unique New Year's Eve party where they will commemorate a cultural new year's exploration!

As the clock strikes Noon in Shreveport, our East Asian counterparts will be celebrating their New Year's at Midnight. Sci-Port families can celebrate and learn about the traditions of East Asian cultures including our traditional Dragon Dance, then count down to noon Sci-Port--style with a balloon drop!
