Sam’s Club to Open in Bossier City Thursday August 14th

We finally know when Sam's Club will be opening it’s doors for business in Bossier City. The retail giant that broke ground back in November has announced an official opening date of Thursday, August 14th following an 8 a.m. ceremony.

John Hamm, the manager of the new Sam's Club, said he has already hired 25 new associates and is engaging with several local organizations to hire more. The hiring and membership center opened on April 4 at the Louisiana Boardwalk. Management plans to hire about 160 associates to fill part-time and full-time positions at the store.

Sam’s Plus memberships are $100 annually. Plus membership offers instant savings, early shopping hours and discounts at the pharmacy and optical services. Sam's Savings memberships and Sam's Business memberships are $45 annually, and include Instant Savings loaded directly onto members’ cards.
