Run With The Bulls (Kinda) in Bossier City This Weekend

If you don't have any plans for the weekend, I think I can help out. Saturday night you can run with the bulls in downtown Bossier....well, kinda. In the vein of the 'Running of the Bulls' in Spain, the Twin City Roller Derby Team will be hosting Geaux Toro in the city's new East Bank District.

Members of the team will act as the bulls and chase participants all over Downtown Bossier. Its fun, healthy and helps raise money for some great causes. All proceeds from the event will be split between the Gingerbread House and Twin City Roller Derby team.

Plus there will be live music and all kinds of fun little things to do in the East Bank District at Flying Heart Brewing, Retro 521 Coffee and other area venues. If you'd like to go, you can buy tickets here. All who pre-register get an event t-shirt and bandanna.
