Revving Up Against Cancer Car Show to Benefit Local Child

The entire Shreveport/Bossier community has united in the fight to aid sweet, little Landry Jo Clark in her battle with Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma and now they're taking that fight to PepBoys in Bossier City in the form of a car and truck show!

Though Landry Jo is being given incredible treatment by the doctors and staff at St. Jude's, her illness has brought on a mountain of financial issues for her parents.  Because of that, their many friends and family are doing what they can to bring them some peace of mind where money is concerned.

Recently they held a co-ed softball tournament and now it's the Revving Up Against Cancer Car and Truck Show, which is slated for tomorrow at PepBoys on East Texas near Airline Drive in Bossier City.

Registration will be held tomorrow, Saturday, May 28, from 9:00 am until 11:00 am and judging will begin at 3:30 pm.  If you'd like to enter your vehicle, entry fee is only $15.

But if you'd just like to look at all the cars and trucks, spectating is absolutely free and they'll give away many raffle items and donations to the Landry Jo fund will be graciously accepted.
