Airline High softball coach Regina Digilormo is more proof of what's "right" here in Northwest Louisiana. She's this week's recipient of Kiss Country's "Caught in the Act Award" and when you read the letter her brother in law and sister, Matt and Shannon Williams, submitted, you'll understand why it was easy to recognize her with this week's award.

I think it's important to show leadership both on and off the playing field. I don't think anyone does that better than Airline high school's coach & teacher Regina Digilormo. She takes pride in developing a good work ethic grounded by christian-based morals and standards. She recently loaded the softball team on the school bus on a Saturday to deliver Christmas food boxes to 26 needy families within this community. She takes pride in developing her students and student athletes to see the bigger picture, be competitive, and be a positive influence within this community. It takes a special person to have these characteristics and be able to see and cease opportunities to pass these on to the youth in our community.

Regina Digilormo, thank you for being one of the biggest reasons why this is the greatest place in America to live!

And because you've been "Caught in the Act" the gang at Silver Star Smokehouse have a $100 Gift Certificate for you to come have dinner on them!

Take a listen to the phone call we made to Regina to let her know that she was this week's Caught In The Act Award recipient.
