Well, the website insidegov.com, has ranked their top Presidents of the modern era using the following criteria: Approval rating, margin of electoral victory, unemployment, budget deficit and debt and congressional seats won and lost. Citing "how difficult accomplishments are to quantify", Presidents were not scored on foreign affairs. So, here you go, from worst to first!
