We've just learned that singer Randy Travis, who's had several run in's with the law this year, including his highly publicized case involving his drunken, naked rage, has been sentenced to 180 days in jail in connection with that arrest from August 2012 in Texas.  However, it's been disclosed, he probably won't serve any time behind bars as he has managed to strike a deal for two years probation, 30 days in a rehab facility and 100 hours of community service.

The court has instructed that should Travis violate his probation, authorities could haul him in to serve the full 180 days behind bars.  Travis has also been ordered to install an ignition interlock device on any vehicle he drives for the next two years.

According to Grayson County District Attorney Joe Brown, this sentence is actually a little tougher than what is normally given most first-time DWI defendants, but Brown says it was warranted since Travis was also charged with threatening the arresting officers in the incident.  Brown added, "We are all hopeful that Mr. Travis is on the road to recovery."
