Pokemon for Progress is a group that was formed out of the popular game Pokemon Go in the Shreveport Bossier City area who is focused on bettering their community. Last year they helped out with the flooding in south Louisiana and this year they're looking to do the same for those hit hard by Hurricane Harvey. There are 3 locations setup around the area collecting different supplies listed below...

  1. Yokum Toyota on Bert Kouns where they are collecting basic items such as diapers, wipes, sanitary pads, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, body wash, unused socks and undies
  2. Towne South Animal hospital in Shreveport is accepting all of the above but they are focused on pet supplies like dry pet food, bowls, cat litter, cedar chips, collars and leashes are needed.
  3. Bossier Farmers Market will be collecting any non perishable foods, chips, paper plates, napkins, toiletries, baby items, over the counter medicines, bandages etc.
