A teenager involved in some sort of fight at Festival Plaza over the weekend has been arrested, and several teel girls have been cited.

Shreveport Police Corporal Marcus Hines tells KEEL News as many as 200 teens were asked by festival organizers to leave Holiday in Dixie due to disruptive behavior. One of them, 17-year-old Raphaeil Robinson, was arrested at Festival Plaza after allegedly striking a man at the event. He's charged with disturbing the peace by fighting.

After the teens left Festival Plaza, some of them hung around on the streets and sidewalks near Commerce at Milam, anticipating a fight. Patrol officers arrived and ended the melee, but not before being forced to use pepper spray on some of them.

Four teenage girls were cited -- three for interfering with an officer and the other with inciting a riot. One of the girls had to be treated by EMS at the scene after being maced when she tried to fight with an officer.

There were no accidents involving vehicles reported to police during the incident.
