What happens when you mix up some down home Louisiana cuisine with southern flair and a dash of Hollywood? Northwest Louisiana's latest entry in to the reality TV genre!

Panderina Soumas, a New Orleans native, is the Executive Chef of Proud Mary 360 Grill in the Red River District on Clyde Fant Parkway in downtown Shreveport. She's been serving up tasty Creole dishes for nearly 30 years and as luck would have it, she met the man who would open the door to TV for her through Facebook. That man is entertainment executive and director, as well as father to That's So Raven actress, Raven-Symone, Christopher B. Pearman.

Pearman is working locally with Fairfield Studios to produce the new show, Panderina on the Red, featuring Panderina and her culinary delights as well as co-star Michelle White-Lafitte, owner of Proud Mary's and former local TV anchor on KTAL Channel 6.

The show is already filming and it's scheduled to begin airing via Roku in December. I can't wait to see a new show highlighting our area that promises plenty of laughs and seems sure to embrace all that is wonderful about our great food and culture that is uniquely Louisiana.
