The New Orleans Saints are still trying to figure out a way to protect future Hall of Fame quarterback Drew Brees.

In addition to injuries, poor performance has plagued the Saints this season, especially on the offensive line. So the team made another move to add line-depth this week. Hoping that this change will lead to more protection for their franchise quarterback.

Here's the story on the move from the Louisiana Radio Network:

"The team has released cornerback Brian Dixon and re-signed offensive lineman Kahlif Barnes. Barnes is a 11-year veteran, who was with the Saints in the preseason. Dixon mainly played on special teams."
