New Orleans Crime Causing Concern During Mardi Gras

If you're thinking about taking in some Mardi Gras madness in New Orleans...be extra careful!

A recent story done by the Associated Press is shedding light around the world on an increase in serious crimes in NOLA.  It cites concerns that there's not enough officers patrolling around the Big Easy right now...and that crime is even more of a problem than usual.

According to the A.P story... "throughout the quieter parts of the French Quarter, residents and businesses have posted signs that read "Caution: Walk in Large Groups. We (heart) N.O.P.D. We Just Need More."

One million revelers are expected to take part in Mardi Gras festivities leading up to Fat Tuesday on February 17th.
