Murder Suspect Surrenders To Shreveport Police

Dennis Upshaw, the man wanted in a weekend homicide, surrendered to Shreveport Police Monday night. Authorities believe that Upshaw shot Rodney Ford multiple times Saturday night after an argument, leaving him to die.

Upshaw has been arrested and charged with a single count of second degree murder.
