Every single day that passes, I get a little more excited about what's coming in September.

For those who've been under a crawfish tail since last year, THE MUDBUGS ARE BACK!

That's right, one of the most successful minor league hockey teams in the sport's history will be making their comeback later on this year, and the buzz around the city grows every single week.

Just last week, the Mudbugs announce their new head coach, former 'Bug himself, Karlis Zirnis. They made this announcement at Twisted Root in restaurant full of eager and excited Mudbugs fans.

Now that we've got a coach, it's time to find some players! The 2016 NAHL Draft went down today and our 'Bugs snagged 14 top prospects for the upcoming season.
