Meet Lisa Nelms – Our Caught in the Act Award Recipient for May 21

It amazes us every week to read all the entries we get for Kiss Country's "Caught in the Act Award."  There are some amazing people doing some incredible things here and we get the honor of recognizing one of these people each week.  This week, it's Lisa Nelms! Bristol and I spoke with Lisa this morning and let her know that she'd been named this week's Kiss Country "Caught in the Act Award" recipient.  

Here's the entry we received from one of Lisa's biggest fans, Shawna Roppolo.

Lisa is in our Lifegroup and we are always looking for things to do around the community to help those in need. Last week during our Lifegroup meeting the leader asked for prayer requests and her husband asked that we pray for her as she makes goodie baskets of essential items we take for granted such as toothbrush, toothpaste, hairbrush, Etc and delivers them to any homeless she sees around town. We had no idea she was doing this!! She has such a big heart and always willing to help anyone at any given time! 

It's people like Lisa, who've demonstrated such kindness and compassion for others, that we want to recognize.  Thank you Lisa for making Kiss Country such an awesome place to live!  We are truly honored to say that you've been "Caught In The Act" of doing good.
