This is Kristin Mosura.  Not only is she an educator, she does something for our community that not many would be willing to do. She gives families precious memories. Each week as we go through scores of entries for Kiss Country's "Caught in the Act Award" we always see an entry that stands out from the crowd and this one was just too easy!

Here's the entry we received from Mike Mosura, who's definitely "caught" Kristin doing lots of awesome things!

I would like to nominate my wife Kristin Mosura. I truly have never known someone with a more caring, loving, and servants heart than her. Kristin is a 5th grade math teacher at Stockwell Place Elementary School in Bossier, but that is not her only job. Kristin has been a professional photographer for over 15 years and has done some amazing work. Although her work is well known across this region, what most people don't know is the time she has given to a program called "Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep." Simply put, Kristin will on occasion will be contacted to use her camera and time to photograph families who experience early infant loss (babies born lifeless). Although it may sound morbid and it's not chosen by many, for those that choose, it gives parents a brief moment to cherish, honor, and remember a tiny life that will forever be loved. I have watched Kristin drop what she is doing to race to a hospital to not only provide this service, but to help love on complete strangers who desperately need comforting. It takes its toll on Kristin and many tears have been shed by her while doing this, but her willingness to do this photography on her own time and at no charge is most honorable and amazing. Aside from this, she is an amazing wife, mother, and friend. I am grateful and most blessed to have her as my wife and best friend! For this reason, I would like to nominate her for your Good Do-er!

In recognition for her amazing contributions to families looking for comfort, we've awarded Kristin Mosura this week's "Caught in The Act" award recipient, and with that comes a $100 Visa Gift Card with the only stipulation that she MUST spend it on herself.

Thank you Kristin for making Kiss Country such an awesome place to live!  We are truly honored to say that you've been "Caught In The Act" of doing good.

Take a listen to Kristin as we informed her of this award.
