March of Dimes to Hold “March For Babies” This Saturday

If you're up for a good time hanging with some great people and raising money for an incredible cause, make plans to join in the March of Dimes "March for Babies" this Saturday, April 26.

Registration will begin at 9:00 am at the Loyola Athletic Complex off Clyde Fant Parkway in Shreveport.  Then the walk will begin at 10:00 am.   It promises to be a fun day out with people who share the passion for improving the health of babies. There'll be family teams, company teams and people walking with friends, and all with the common bond of raising money for babies right here in our community!

In addition to the walk, they'll have Space walks, including a rock climbing wall, super jumpy for toddlers, great maze, inflatable basketball hoops, CeCe The Clown, face painting, sack races for the kids, the Shreveport Fire Department will give hands on tours of a fire truck, the Chick-fil-A  cow mascot, Lewie the Lightning Bug mascot from AEP Swepco, and Brookshire's Grocery wil provide FREE hotdogs, chips, drinks and Blue Bell ice cream.  Raising cane's will have a free tea and lemonade stand.
