I don’t know how moms do it. There are moms with full time jobs and when they get home, it’s dinner time. My friend recently told me “There are only so many Crock-pot meals you can have.” Kabobs sounded delicious, but I refuse to stand in front of a grill with this heat, so instead we made deconstructed Kabobs with steamed white rice. Keep it cheap and delicious!

What you’ll need for the Kabobs:

Down Home Meat Sausage (I used the original flavor)

Shrimp (I used Medium sized)

Bell pepper

Onion

Mushroom

Pineapple

Teriyaki Glaze

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Place all your ingredients on a sheet pan as shown in the video. Drizzle the glaze over the ingredients and stick it in the oven. Check on the Kabobs after 15 minutes and keep monitoring your kabobs so the shrimp doesn't over cook. It should take about 20-25 minutes to cook depending on what size of shrimp you choose to use. To serve, place your kabobs on top of steamed rice with soy sauce. I added Sriracha to mine, because I can't have an Asian dish without Sriracha. You can serve the kabobs with anything really, it's all about picking out your favorite sides!
