Jason Goff is This Week’s Recipient of Caught in the Act Award

Jason Goff's two sons, Hunter and Austin, believe their Dad should receive the "Dad of the Year" award every day. It's obvious they think their Dad is not only an amazing father, but an incredibly giving Christian husband, employee, neighbor and friend.

And it's Jason's giving, selfless spirit that made it easy to recognize him as this week's Kiss Country Caught in the Act Award. On top of that, seeing a letter like this from two sons has got to be the dream of every Dad.

 Our Dad is the most loving, caring, and hardworking dad to two boys who he loves unconditionally. Our Dad, Jason works three jobs to support his wonderful family and would do more if there was more hours in a day. He is a dispatcher at DeSoto Parish Sheriff Department, where he helps the citizens of DeSoto Parish in the time of need. He is always willing to go beyond to help those that need help. Another job he enjoys and is awesome at is his job at our church at Frierson Baptist. He is our Minister of Music and enjoys praising God with others. He is a Christian Dad and is not afraid to show his Love for God. He shows this love by helping others before himself. He also has the responsibility of taking care of his own parents. Our Dad is Dad of the Year everyday in our eyes. Our Dad on his days off substitutes at North DeSoto schools. He enjoys subbing because he can he lp students, the students love to see our Dad, Mr. Goff walking in the doors as their sub. Our Dad Jason Goff is Dad anyone kid would love to call DAD! My brother and I would love to say our dad is Caught in the Act for being the best Christian Dad, Dispatcher, Caregiver, Music Minister, Teacher, and Husband to our Mom.

Jason Goff, thank you for being one of the "good guys" and being a big reason why this is the greatest place in America to live!
