Jackie and Michelle Cook Are This Week’s Co-Recipients of the Caught in the Act Award

Love.  That's what makes the world go round isn't it?  Love of one another and love for our animals.  And that love is exactly why Jackie and Michelle Cook are this week's co-recipients of the Caught in the Act Award.  They truly love people and their love for animals is also unparalleled.

We would like to nominate our friends Jackie & Michelle Cook for your Caught in the Act Award. Where to start is hard..Jackie & Michelle are definitely one of a kind team. You couldn't ask for better pair of friends. Both have been an ear to listen & a shoulder to cry on, came thru when we called with a need. Like last night when out a/c went out...without hesitation they said come get the travel trailer. Jackie is passionate about her job as a crossing guard during school time. The kids she watches over draw her pictures which she proudly shows off & goes to their school parties when asked. I've seen her fighting mad when they get bullied, making sure the proper people have knowledge & report speeders in the school zones. She shows the same passion for animals. Knowing good & well if she brings home 1 more rescue, she may be sleeping in the dog house herself. Recently she rescued a pup that had to have a leg amputated, & now tested positive for Parvo. She has been heartbroken & worried about this pup, taking on as much expense as they can, still hoping for survival & to find a good home.
Michelle, bless her soul, puts up with Jackie...lol. which speaks volumes. Jackie & Michelle are a great pair, I know we would have a hard time finding another set of friends who not only compliment each others lives but our own as well. I couldn't list all the things I wanted to say, I know there are songs to play & work to be done. I just hope you will pick this nomination & give a well deserved pat on the back to people we think the world of.
