Girl Scout Cookies Are Coming!

It's almost as exciting as Christmas.  Girl Scout cookies will be here Saturday.  I can almost smell the "Thin Mints" as I write...or is that a hint of Samoas? Girl Scouts from all over the area will converge in 3 different locations as they participate in their service unit Cookie Rallies.  They will have cookies there to taste and will also learn about their five important business skills; money management, goal setting, decision making, business ethics and people skills. Look for the them at Christ United Methodist Church, in the gym, at 1204 Crabapple in Shreveport this Saturday from 10am-2pm.  Also at First Baptist Church, 201 Attaway Street in Blanchard from 10am-12pm and  Meadowview Elementary School at 4315 Shed Road in Bossier City from 12pm-2pm.  Get 'em while they're hot!
