Gary McCoy and Chris Evans to Dress As Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders For Operation Santa Claus This Friday

Well, it's official. It's pretty close to horrendous, but it's official! Chris Evans and I will dress up as Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders and spend the entire lunch hour this Friday at Porter's Fine Dry Cleaners at the corner of Youree Drive and Bert Kouns.

Yep...from 12 pm to 1 pm this Friday, let the gawking and giggling begin.

You know this is gonna be ugly. So, let's recap just how we got here. Thinking we'd have a little fun with the Saints/Cowboys games, we decided to place a wager. A wager that we'd allow Kiss Country fans to conjure up. And boy did they. The loser would have to don the opposing team's cheerleader outfit and spend the afternoon cheering at Porter's Cleaners.

When the dust had settled from that Sunday night game, Mr. Saints himself, Chris Evans, was saddled with the inevitable. He'd be wearing a Cowgirls outfit. Not only had his Saints lost another one, this one was costly for him personally.

But never one to allow one of the most embarrassing moments in radio history to go "un-shared" he put on a few creative touches and challenged me to join him in the party if he raised a minimum of $1,000 for Operation Santa Claus. Course there was no way I could say "no" to these kids...heck I wore a diaper for them a couple of times, so a cheerleader outfit wasn't much of a challenge.

Man, was I wrong. I tried it on over the weekend and showed my youngest son, Colt. He told me that I had scarred him for life and that he actually couldn't sleep that night.

But the long and short of it is that the kids of Operation Santa Claus will benefit. We're still accepting donations and if you'd like to help just go HERE.
