First Really Dumb Criminal Of 2012

Police in Northwest Indiana are looking for a man they say stole a police cruiser early this morning....while he was handcuffed.  Investigators say 22 year old William Francis Blankenship then radioed for help in finding the cruiser's cigarette lighter and a key to unlock his hands.  He'd initially been arrested on drug charges.  Okay, I totally understand that people are "innocent until proven guilty"....but you gotta admit, it doesn't sound like they'll have a tough time proving this one.  Somebody give that boy a "Stupid" sign.
