Odds are you've used a fake number a few times at Rockin' Rodeo, The Stage at Silverstar, or many of our other clubs here in the Ark-La-Tex, but this one is pretty special.  This one will actually teach that unwanted suitor a thing or two about feminism.

Creators of the website, "Feminist Phone Intervention" created the fake number, and when dialed, it plays a random quote from a feminist author named Bell Hooks.

Since the speaker on the other end is actually a computerized voice, it's a little hard to understand, but the guy is sure to get an ear full about the importance of empowering a woman.

So ladies, this could be your go-to number to accomodate your "out of town name" if the guy's a real sleaze, but you'll want to make sure you memorize it so they don't catch on.

669-221-6251.  The area code "669" is for San Jose, California.  But they also set up numbers for New York and Chicago if you prefer.
