Six days a week, Gary and Bristol get up before the sun shines to bring you the latest from Nashville, New York City and Hollywood with Entertainment this Morning!

The Cubs certainly came alive in Cleveland last night. They scored three runs in the first inning off of East Texas native Indians starter Josh Tomlin. Then they added four more runs on a grand slam by Addison Russell in the third inning and he became the fourth player ever with six RBI in a World Series game.

Even though the Indians were down seven, they almost rallied but just weren’t able to make it happen. The Cubs ended up winning 9-3 which evened up the series 3-3. Game 7 is tonight in Cleveland and it’ll mark the night that one of the teams, with a combined championship drought of 178 years will emerge victorious… and it all starts at the same time as the CMA Awards.

BTW, in case you missed it, Louisiana’s own Hunter Hayes sang the National Anthem last night before game six and Twitter was not kind…

It’s country’s golden anniversary tonight with the 50th Annual CMA Awards and in honor of the occasion, Billboard compiled a list of 50 biggest moments over the years!

Some of the highlights: Loretta Lynn becoming the first woman to win Entertainer of the Year in 1972, Taylor Swift becoming the youngest Entertainer of the Year at 19-years-old in 2009. You can’t forget last year’s CMA’s when Justin Timberlake introduced the world to Chris Stapleton.

It’s looking like the CMA’s will have its biggest list of performers for tonight’s shindig and you can find the full list on our website including: Carrie Underwood, Dierks Bentley, Garth Brooks, Trisha Yearwood, Tim McGraw and more!

The CMA Awards are considered the most prestigious… So which acts have won the most? Check this out… The only acts who have won 10 or more CMA Awards are The Dixie Chicks, Keith Urban, Garth Brooks, Miranda Lambert, Tim McGraw, Brad Paisley, Alan Jackson, Vince Gill and Brooks & Dunn. Our hearts and prayers go out to Faith Hill on the loss of her mother, Edna Perry, who passed away Sunday at 80-years-old in Jackson, MS.
