Six days a week, Gary and Bristol get up before the sun shines to bring you the latest from Nashville, New York City and Hollywood with Entertainment this Morning!

Here’s the good news… we won’t have to hear about #OscarsSoWhite this year with seven of the twenty actors nominated being ‘people of color.’ The bad news? Ryan Reynolds and Deadpool were totally snubbed! The Oscar nominees were announced yesterday with the Ryan Gosling, Emma Stone musical La La Land grabbing the most nods with 14 nominations... which ties the all-time record for nominations with Titanic. The 89th Academy Awards are Sunday, February 26th with Jimmy Kimmel hosting on ABC.

Not only is Luke Bryan singing the National Anthem for Super Bowl 51, he’s announced the dates for his Huntin’, Fishin’ and Lovin’ Every Day tour which is crazy because he’s still on the road with Kill the Lights. Before you get too excited, I checked the dates and it doesn’t look like he’s coming back to Bossier. However, you still might want to check out the video he made for his announcement… it’s Luke playing Duck Hunt trying to ‘score’ his opening acts!

Brett Eldredge will be with him for the duration of the new tour with artists like Lauren Alaina and Granger Smith on select dates.

In other Luke Bryan news, he hurt his leg trying to kitesurf in Mexico while he was there for his Crash My Playa shows. Don’t worry, it’s not serious! Luke is also set to join The Voice as a mentor for Blake Shelton’s team this season!

Sarepta, LA native, Trace Adkins, is hitting the road this year as well in support of his new album, Something’s Going On which will hit shelves March 31st. His first single from the record will be Watered Down and it’s expected to be released March 13th but we’ve already got the lyric video! BTW, I checked the dates and the closest Trace is coming to us is Hope, Arkansas where he’s playing a show May 6th for the University of Arkansas.
