Trace Adkins is homegrown straight outta Sarepta, by God, Louisiana and according to a recent interview he loves Crawfish Etouffee… which was apparently pretty exotic to whomever was interviewing him because Trace had to describe it to them as a crawfish dish with a creamy sauce. However Trace admits he can’t cook it himself, but he sure does love to eat it.
