Things may not have been as cut and dried as we originally thought with regard to the shooting death of former Saints player Will Smith in New Orleans Saturday night. The lawyer for the man who shot and killed Smith during a road rage incident says his client was not the aggressor and TMZ is reporting that Smith himself had a loaded gun in his car and that a witness heard Smith saying he was going to go get it before the man opened fire, fatally wounding Smith and also shooting his wife, who is now recovering from her two gunshot wounds.

Cole Swindell says he originally sent his new single Flatliner to Dierks Bentley when he wrote it several years ago. But for whatever reason, he didn’t hear back from Dierks, so Cole Swindell went ahead and recorded it himself… but was able to bring Bentley on as a guest vocalist.
