It was hometowns last night on The Bachelor with Ben Higgins meeting the families of the four remaining ladies. Things got started with Amanda in California where Ben not only met Amanda’s family, he meet her two children. Next up was Lauren B and her clan in Oregon where Ben actually got tearful when telling Lauren’s sister how lucky he is. Caila’s hometown visit was next in Ohio where they visited her high school and the toy factory her father runs... But Caila just couldn’t quite tell Ben that she was in love at the end of the date. Finally, Ben went to Dallas to meet JoJo and her family where she had flowers waiting for her from an ex. Awkward! Things didn’t get any better after that with JoJo’s brothers being very protective. In the end, Amanda was sent home after taking Ben to meet her kids and Ben being exposed to their crying in the car… That’s rough! I can’t imagine it was easy for those babies seeing their mom after being away so long with a strange man and a bunch of TV cameras. Either way, the final three head to Jamaica with Ben next and we’re one step closer to the final rose… which should have been Becca Tilley’s IMO.

Big Bang Theory’s Kaley Cuoco is busy denying rumors that she’s dating Sam Hunt after being seen with him after a Grammy party last week. FYI, Kaley is a horsewoman of some note… meaning I love her even more!

It’s was a sad day for country music fans yesterday with the death of legend Sonny James at 87-year-old. James hit the top spot on the chart 26 times including an incredible 16 times in a row between 1967 and 1971. James is probably best known for his 1957 hit Young Love and was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2006.

Kip Moore is all about kids and is working on a plan to get organic juices in to school cafeterias in low income areas. He says it’s often the only meal they get each day and wants them to have some ‘nutritional value.’ Kip also launched his Comeback Kid Skatepark Project last summer and has built four skate parks so far with plans for up to 100.
