Six days a week, Gary and Bristol get up before the sun shines to bring you the latest from Nashville, New York City and Hollywood with Entertainment this Morning!

Momma always says to say something is ‘interesting’ if you think you might not have anything nice to say, so it looks like there’s an ‘interesting’ new movie out this weekend called Pride and Prejudice and Zombies. It’s in competition with the new Coen Brothers movie Hail Caesar and the latest Nicholas Sparks adaptation The Choice.

Trending world wide is the news that Earth, Wind & Fire founder Maurice White died this week. White had been suffering from Parkinson’s disease.

Carrie Underwood’s new Storyteller tour is a huge production! The stage has seven, that’s right, seven elevator lifts and spans 150 feet! She’s got a jukebox that shoots out sparks, lasers, swaying spotlights and even fireworks! Sources are saying the highlight is when Carrie plays harmonica on her song Choctaw County Affair. We’ll get the chance to see it all up close and personal when Carrie comes to Bossier City Friday, April 22 to play the CenturyLink Center.

It seems like this whole Fuller House thing is everywhere lately and I’m going to confess, I could care less and I really can’t stand Bob Saget, but this is pretty cool. Sources say that Jodie Sweetin from Full House/Fuller House is going to be on the next season of Dancing with the Stars.

We finally have the final Top 24 of American Idol and Louisiana’s own MacKenzie Bourg made the cut. If his name sounds familiar it’s because he was on The Voice prior to appearing on this season of American Idol.

Sam Hunt is most likely going to be cheering on the Broncos Sunday. Why? Because he went to Peyton Manning’s QB camp here in Louisiana as a high school student and then reconnected with Manning again a few years ago at a Kenny Chesney show. He says, "It was pretty cool to be on stage with two people who inspired me in two different arenas. Peyton with football and Kenny with music." FYI, Sam is headlining the televised Super Bowl 50 tailgate party this Sunday.
