Of course all we talked about leading up to the Rio Olympics was how sketchy the conditions would be. Turns out only one Olympian has gotten sick so far. It’s a sailor from Belgium got sick after racing in a polluted bay.

By the way, Michael Phelps broke the 2,168 year old record held by Leonidas of Rhodes yesterday scoring his 13^th individual gold medal.

Team USA continues to lead the Olympic medal count with 38 , followed by China with 30 and Japan with 22.

Disney’s Pete’s Dragon hits theaters this weekend alongside Meryl Streep’s Florence Foster Jenkins and Sausage Party… yep, that’s the animated R-rated movie you’ve been hearing about. I’ll be honest… I thought it was a joke!

Natalie Maines seems confused… She recently blasted country radio for banning her after comments about President Bush then followed it up saying we’re hypocrites because Donald Trump ‘practically put a hit out on Hillary Clinton.’ That’s funny, because, last I heard, Trump wasn’t a country artist and didn’t she also say recently that returning to country music would be like ‘returning to an abusive husband.’

Jon Pardi says his song Head Over Boots has turned into a wedding song! Apparently it’s popular to walk down the aisle to and is also a good first dance song. I personally vote for Dan + Shay’s From the Ground Up for a first dance, but that’s just me.
