El Karubah Shriners' Louisiana Sportsman’s Taster

Mark your calendar for July 26 from 4:30 pm to 6:30pm to experience a taste of what the Louisiana outdoors has to offer at the El Karubah Shriners’ Louisiana Sportsman’s Taster!

This annual event held at the El Karubah Shrine Temple on South Lakeshore Drive in Shreveport, will feature area sportsmen offering delectable samples of creative Louisiana cuisine, all in support of patient initiatives at Shriners Hospitals for Children in Shreveport.

With some 20 teams providing unique dishes ranging from sauce piquante to cochon de lait, there will be something for any adventurous taster! In addition to the vast assortment of concoctions direct from “Sportsman’s Paradise”, the Louisiana Sportsman’s Taster features a variety of homemade dessert dishes and refreshing beverages.

You'll enjoy samples of each while treated to live music and fellowship in the ballroom, or retire with a cold beverage to the outdoor patio, which offers an elevated view of scenic Cross Lake. The family-friendly event promises to leave no one hungry and all proceeds support the world’s first Shriners Hospital!

Each $25 donation provides a ticket for admission to this event. Your tickets will make for a great couple’s outing, company door prizes, or VIP gifts for your organization.
