Registrar of Voters Offices across the street saw big crowds line up to vote early in the Presidential Election. The busiest times at most of the offices was at lunch time and late in the day. At the Caddo Registrars Office on Milam, the line was nearly a block long during the noon hour. It was moving at a pretty good clip, but it still took more than an hour for most voters to make it to the voting booth.
