Christmas on Caddo Fireworks Festival is Saturday, December 7

Who's scared of a little Arctic cold snap?  Certainly not the gang putting the final touches on this Saturday's 2013 Christmas on Caddo Fireworks Festival.  They're full steam ahead and ready to go rain or shine!

The festival kicks off at 3:30 p.m. at the Earl Williamson Park in Oil City, followed by an amazing fireworks display over Caddo Lake at 6:30 p.m. Before the fireworks show they'll have a concert featuring Travis Whitehead.

Christmas on Caddo is the only event of its kind in Shreveport-Bossier. Christmas on Caddo was created to promote the Christmas spirit of joy and giving to the very deserving communities in Northwest Louisiana.

Families can enjoy local entertainment, a jumping house, clowns, food booths, and arts and crafts. There will be a Santa Claus who will pose for pictures and provide a gift for each child.
