Chase Lummus – This Week’s Caught in The Act Recipient

Earlier this morning, Bristol and I were humbled to visit with Chase Lummus of Blanchard! His kindness and giving heart haven't gone unnoticed and it's those qualities that have made him the recipient of this week's Kiss Country "Caught in The Act" Award.

For the second week now we continue to recognize those, like Chase, who truly make our community a better place.  It was a heartfelt nomination by Chris Loyd that sealed the deal for Chase.

Recently, my dad was very sick and a large tree limb fell across the driveway. Chase removed it without asking so mom and dad could leave if needed. Dad passed away in November. Mom became very sick in January and Chase kept the lawn mowed for several months before she died in March. He is the example of neighborly love!

Chase Lummus, it's citizens like you that make people worldwide envious of Northwest Louisiana and you've certainly been "Caught In The Act" of doing good.
