Here in our neck of the woods we're pretty good at taking care of our own and if we can do that by fishing in a bass tournament, it's a win-win!

That's exactly what they have lined up in the Benefit Bass Tournament Supporting Noah Schulze on June 17 at Caddo Lake.

Noah Schulze is an 11 year old local boy.  He's the son of Travis Schulze, a member of the Life Air Crew.  He's entering his 2nd battle with cancer and the family is confident that with your help, he'll beat it like he did the first time.  However, they could certainly use your financial help, and that's where the money they raise from this tournament will go.

Fishing hours will be from 6:00 am until 3:00 pm with the weigh in at Earl G. Williamson Park in Oil City.  It's a 2-man team tournament with an entry fee of $80 per team through June 10.  A $100 Cash entry can be paid the day of the tournament and there's an optional $10 Big Bass Pot with half of the entries go to the winner.

1st prize is $800, 2nd place is $500 and 3rd will receive $300.  And each paid entry will receive a chance to win a Cajun Fryer.
