Bryan Ropollo sets the standard for kindness and giving and he's this week's Caught in the Act Award recipient!

From his days of coaching kids to helping disable children enjoy his passion for hunting with the Dream Hunt Foundation to his recent long, hard hours of cooking for flood victims and first responders, Bryan is living proof that "it's not what we can do for ourselves, it's what we can do for others."

And it was Bryan's own wife, Shawna, who wrote to us to nominate him as this week's Caught in the Act Award recipient.

I would like to nominate Bryan Roppolo for Caught in the Act award. Where do I start with Bryan’s generosity!? Bryan has such a huge heart and is willing to help anyone in need at any given time. He is involved in many organizations that do community projects and Bryan is always there to help and never expects anything in return. If you ask Bryan to help, you know he will give you 110% every time. Most recently, he served with Operation BBQ Relief as the state lead for Louisiana. During the floods, this non-profit organization that we are proud to be a part of, was deployed to Shreveport and Monroe for 9 days to cook and serve BBQ plates to the flood victims and first responders. As the state lead, Bryan organized the operation that was able to give out 58,000 meals!! As his wife, I am very proud to have him by my side and I have seen the lives impacted by his generosity and loving heart.

Bryan Ropollo, thank you for being one of the "good guys" and a big reason why this is the greatest place in America to live!

And because you've been "Caught in the Act" the gang at Silver Star Steak House and Silver Star Smokehouse have a $100 Gift Certificate for you and the family to come have dinner on them!

Take a listen to the phone call we made to Bryan to let him know that he was this week's Caught In The Act Award recipient.
