Bossier City ‘In God We Trust’ Rally Draws Support from Gov. Bobby Jindal, Lee Greenwood [PHOTOS + VIDEO]

Hundreds gathered in Bossier City on the 4th of July, but not to watch fireworks or listen to music. Instead, it was to show support for Sheriff Julian Whittington, whose pro-religious freedom stance ended up costing the Bossier Parish's Young Marines program tens of thousands of dollars in federal funding.

Thanks to all the Kiss Country listeners who came out to the event and said 'hey,' Governor Jindal for standing with the people of Shreveport-Bossier and, most importantly, Sheriff Whittington for not backing down on this very important matter.
