Chef Jeff Henderson has been combing through the SBC filming for their upcoming show, "Flip My Food." Today they are making a stop at Barksdale Air Force Base.

There's a new show that will be aired on KSLA called “Flip My Food” with host Chef Jeff Henderson, in which Henderson will take traditional recipes and flip them into fresh, healthy dishes.

The “Flip My Food” truck has been all over the SBC. Monday, the crew stopped at Rhino Coffee, and yesterday the truck was spotted on Pines Road. Today, they will make a stop at Barksdale Air Force Base for a special episode featuring our very own B-52 crew members. As a member of the military, it is your job to stay fit, but sometimes family recipes don't always coincide with PT tests.

That's where Henderson comes in.

Chef Henderson is a fresh and healthy flip, himself. He spent some time in prison and while there he fell in love with cooking. After getting out, he started the Chef Jeff Project which gives at-risk youth a chance to work for him and turn their lives around.

Now he is cooking healthy.

"Flip My Food" will begin on September 8 on KSLA.
