Each week I will share some music with you that you just won't hear on the radio. So, let's see what's playing on Bandit's iPod today! Here's a hint, it totally has something to do with St. Patrick's Day.

Since today is St. Patrick's Day, let me find something that fits the holiday.  I scroll down to the "R's" and find Reckless Kelly.

Reckless Kelly is one of the more seasoned Texas Country Music acts in the world. You could actually credit them with helping create the boom of Texas Country listeners that has happened in the last 10-12 years.

The irony is that this song, "Seven Night's in Eire" may be their least "Texas Country" sounding record. But, of course, it has everything to do with an Irish adventure that the band may or may not have been a part of.

Take a listen and tell me what you think of the song in the comments below.

By the way, I get asked a lot if I'm Irish because of my red hair and freckles.  The truth is that I'm of Welsh decent, not Irish.  What's the difference between Irish and Welsh?  The Welsh have a much BIGGER drinking problem believe it or not.
