Another Of America’s Dumbest Criminals In Shreveport

A local Shreveport man was arrested earlier today…. IN A JAIL PARKING LOT. Maybe it’s just me, but that’s really making it too easy for law enforcement isn’t it? That’s like fishing in an aquarium. The Bossier Sheriff’s Office says a suspicious person was reported hanging out at the North Louisiana Criminal Justice Academy. When deputies arrived, they found 25 year old Robert Stephenson just 2 buildings down from the Bossier Maximum Security Facility parking lot. Stephenson denied a search of his vehicle so a K-9 was brought in for an exterior sniff. The dog alerted on the driver’s side door where a search revealed loose suspected marijuana and digital scales. Stephenson had several prior drug arrests and was just released from Bossier Max this past weekend where he was being held on a separate Bossier City Police Department arrest. Now, he’s back in and awaiting bond.
