Annual ‘Life March’ in Shreveport/Bossier is This Saturday

According to the website ProLifeLouisiana.org, more than 9,000 babies were aborted in Louisiana in 2015.

Let that sink in for just a minute.  9,000 babies will never ask why is the sky blue or the grass green.  9,000 babies will never go on an Easter Egg Hunt.  9,000 babies will never cuddle up with Mom when they don't feel good.  They're gone.  Disposed of like trash.

That's why the Louisiana Life March North is so important!  It's a chance for the citizens of Shreveport, Bossier City, Ruston, Monroe, Natchitoches, and all of North Louisiana to stand together for an abortion-free Louisiana.  To be the voice of those 9,000 babies!

Make plans to join in for the Life March this Saturday, January 27, from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm.

The event will consist of a historic 1.2 mile march from Bossier City's "Louisiana Boardwalk" across the Texas Street bridge to a gathering in Shreveport's Festival Plaza. At Festival Plaza.  Nationally-known speakers and local music groups will lead prayer and presentation. After the gathering, a "Life Ministry Mobilization" area will plug you into all the pro-life efforts in the area.

For those that can't physically make the march, please gather at Festival Plaza. There will be limited transportation available to return people from Festival Plaza to the north lot of the Boardwalk.
