When you see how tirelessly Adrienne Nunnery works for her community and for those employees of the Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office, it will be just as easy for you to see why she's this week's Caught in the Act Award recipient, as it was for us.

We're not even sure if she knew how many were watching and marveling at her dedication, but Katrina Jacobo was, and she wrote to tell us all about Adrienne.

Selfless. Adrienne is a walking example that defines the word. She is a wife, a mom, a hard-working employee, a good friend, and the list continues. She has selflessly given up her time, her money, her home, and her heart to direct and lead a group she started called the "Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office Wives Group." It's a group of wives and/or CPSO employed women who come together to do good in the community and for our officers throughout the year. We complete several projects a year. The group started small a few years ago, but our projects and membership just continue to grow. We are currently working on our annual Christmas project where, with donations from our group and the community, we provide a Christmas treat bag to EVERY single CPSO employee. This is a huge feat and simply wouldn't be successful without her direction and kind heart. We all know it takes a lot of work. We all know it can be stressful trying to coordinate events with mind-changing, busy, and opinionated women. :) We all know she gives up even more of her self to serve others. We all need her to KNOW she is appreciated. Thank you and God bless!

Adrienne Nunnery, thank you for being one of the biggest reasons why this is the greatest place in America to live!

And because you've been "Caught in the Act" the gang at Silver Star Steak House and Silver Star Smokehouse have a $100 Gift Certificate for you and the family to come have dinner on them!

Take a listen to the phone call we made to Adrienne to let her know that she was this week's Caught In The Act Award recipient.
